The geometry class is learning about polyhedron. Today, they created 5 special polyhedron called Platonic solids. They include tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron and icosahedron. Can you name and state the number of faces of each Platonic solids?

This great group of seniors have been through so much in their 13 years. From a classmate battling cancer, a classmate losing both parents, and a classmate suffering a TBI from an auto accident. For those attending the basketball games this evening, there is construction going on at Axtell schools, so the normal entrance on the southwest corner of the school is not accessible. The activity entrance is on the north side of the school (see the attached map).
Good Luck to the Viking basketball teams as they travel to Axtell this afternoon. Jr. Varsity games start at 4:30, followed by the varsity games at approximately 6:00 & 7:30.

Hey Viking Nation, the fall has passed, and the winter activities are upon us; with that comes more home events and concession stands. We had a very successful fall in terms of concession stands, and that is due to the people that stepped up to help; hopefully we can get that same turnout this winter. Anyone from the community is welcome to volunteer. We would ask parents of any activity participant to help cover 2-3 events.
There are two dates prior to the winter break that will be available: Thursday, Dec. 5th and Friday, Dec. 13th.
