Area conference all-stars are set to play in the New West All-Star Classic starting today in Minden. The volleyball and basketball all-stars from the Fort Kearney, Southwest, RPAC, and the Lou Platte will be playing in Minden to benefit the Nebraska Kidney Association.
The Volleyball games will take place today at 6:00. The Southwest Conference will face the Lou Platte Conference and the Fort Kearny Conference will go up against the RPAC in the opening round with the championship and consolation matches to follow. Viking players for the RPAC include Aleya Hueftle, Anna Pelton, and Macie Steinbrink.
On Friday starting with the girls' games at 5:00 will feature the Southwest Conference vs the Lou Platte Conference and the FKC vs RPAC. The boys' games will follow the girls. Trista Callahan will be representing the Vikings on the RPAC team.
