Bertrand Community School is seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Paraprofessionals to support students across grade levels. This position plays a vital role in helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

💼 What You’ll Do
Provide academic support to students individually and in small groups
Assist students with special education and intervention services
Support classroom teachers with instruction and classroom organization
Help implement behavior and MTSS plans
Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and activities
Assist with accommodations and modifications
Build positive relationships with students and staff
