🔧 Preferred Experience & Skills
Basic plumbing knowledge
Basic electrical knowledge
Comfortable working at heights (ladders, lifts, light maintenance)
Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving equipment
Willing to clean all types of messes — no task too big or too small
Willing to be flexible with daily assignments and stay on task until projects are completed
Able to learn, operate, and maintain all custodial and maintenance equipment
Committed to keeping equipment in proper working order
A self-starter who sees what needs to be done and does it
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with staff, students, and administration
Available for game duties and post-event clean-up
🧹 Responsibilities Include
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, and common areas
Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
Assisting with set-up and tear-down for school events and athletic activities
Snow removal and seasonal building maintenance
Supporting a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained school environment
